Rachel Frank (she/her)

Rachel maintains a broad civil litigation practice, and has experience in a wide variety of matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, expropriations, class actions, human rights, and administrative law.

Rachel works with clients in a range of industries, such as the cannabis, manufacturing, real estate, and retail sectors. She has a collaborative approach and helps Canadian and international clients navigate the litigation and dispute resolution process. She has experience before the courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.
