CCPIT/CCOIC Appointment Announcement - Dr. Sean X. Zhang
Dr. Sean X Zhang was invited and now has been appointed by China’s CCPIT/CCOIC Nanjing Mediation Sub-Center as one of its mediators. CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center was founded in 1987. It has been the first and the largest professional mediation organization in China and also the only mediation organization in China dedicated to handling foreign related commercial disputes, areas ranging from business, trade, financing, securities, investment, intellectual property, technology transfer, real estate, construction and subcontracting, transportation, insurance to other commercial activities. The Nanjing Mediation Sub-Center is one of the 45 sub-centers in China. China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)/China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC)’s mediators handled in total nearly ten thousand cases, with a success rate higher than seventy percent, involving parties from more than 50 countries and regions.
