Jeffrey P. Hoffman, continues his dispute resolution practice as a Partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP beginning January 1, 2015. Jeffrey is well recognized for his work in franchise law. Alyssa joins Dale & Lessmann LLP after practicing real estate law at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Toronto. Her experience includes the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, secured lending transactions and mortgage enforcement for financial institutions.
