Mark’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate law, including real estate lending transactions and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
Mark has specific experience in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings, industrial properties, shopping centres and vacant land for the purpose of redevelopment.
With regard to real estate lending transactions, Mark routinely represents traditional bank and non-bank lenders in sophisticated secured lender transactions, including conventional loans, construction loans and CMHC insured loans.
Mark strives to deliver practical solutions with a business-minded approach to transactions.
