Jazz practises corporate and commercial law, estates law and tax law with a focus on owner-managed businesses, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. 

She counsels and represents corporations across various industries and sectors, charitable organizations, and non-profit organizations. 

Jazz works with her clients and their accountants, financial advisers, and other lawyers to provide real practical solutions to their unique situations and objectives, in a timely and efficient manner.

Jazz also has an interest in new and emerging technology sectors and supports clients to prepare for the future of how information is stored, accessed, and shared.
