Jaimini is a transactional lawyer who has acted for several small to large-sized business owners and entrepreneurs and has a practice concentrating in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties, multi-unit residential properties and industrial properties. Jaimini’s practice also includes landlord and tenant commercial leasing matters in respect of lease negotiations, including new leases, extensions, renewals and sublease negotiations, as well as general commercial and corporate law matters, including asset and share acquisitions, dispositions and financing. 

Jaimini has represented her clients in various acquisitions and dispositions, including, of hotels, gas stations, dry cleaners, vacant land, multi-unit properties, commercial condo units, restaurants and warehouses. She has also represented several major banks and private lenders in refinancing transactions for commercial property owners, businesses, entrepreneurs and homeowners.
