Jaimini has extensive experience in complex transactions involving purchases, sales and financings of commercial properties, industrial properties, multi-unit residential properties. She also acts on commercial leasing matters in respect of lease negotiations, including, preparation of new leases, extensions, renewals and subleases for both landlords and tenants.

Jaimini acts on behalf of several major banks and private lenders, commercial property owners, businesses, investors, developers and entrepreneurs involving many different property types, including,  vacant land, multi-unit properties, commercial condo units, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, dry cleaners and warehouses. She is involved in all stages of purchase and sale transactions, including, negotiating agreements of purchase and sale and financial commitment agreements, completing legal due diligence, and providing advice when issues arise.
