Mark Uster

Called to the Bar in 2007, Mark practices with Dale & Lessmann's Real Estate practice group. Mark's practice focuses on the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial and multi-residential property, commercial leasing from both a landlord's and tenant's perspective, and representing financial institutions on secured lending transactions.

Born in Toronto, Mark earned both his undergraduate degree (Honours Physiology) and law degree from the University of Western Ontario.

A member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada, Mark also actively participates in Toronto area sports including hockey, baseball, basketball and golf.
