J. David McPhail

David McPhail practices real estate and corporate law with an emphasis in commercial leasing, condominium and co-op purchase and sales, real estate secured financing, the purchase and sale of industrial and commercial properties, joint ventures, residential and recreational property purchase and sales.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1968, David has over thirty-five years of experience representing clients in negotiating all types of commercial transactions.

David is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, a former President of the Craigleith Ski Club, a member of the Cambridge Club and is a Director of the Caledon Mountain Trout Club. He presently serves as a Governor of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and is a Director of a charitable institution, Polo for Heart.
