Robert E. Dale

Called to the Ontario Bar in 1958, Bob has over fifty years of experience advising clients in matters pertaining to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial matters, the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and business finance.

Bob has previously served as President of the Rosedale Golf Club and as President of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Bob is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, Rosedale Golf Club, Lost Tree Club (Florida) and he also serves on the Board of Directors of Mackenzie Charitable Giving Fund.

Born and raised in Toronto, Bob was educated at the University of Toronto and is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School.
