Tech Transfer: Not just Tech and Money Transfers

At the invitation of the Electronic Intellectual Property Center of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Sean Zhang gave this talk on intellectual property issues in tech transfer at the Beijing International Technology Transfer Conference on April 24, 2013. The presentation was attended by government officials, lawyers from Chinese and foreign firms and representatives from China’s technology companies.
