Practice Description

Christina practices commercial litigation and leads the firm's employment law group. Her employment law practice includes defending actions related to wrongful dismissal, human rights, sexual harassment, general harassment, breach of fiduciary duty, employment contracts, and workplace health and safety. Christina also works with managers and human resource professionals to structure and administer policies to prevent problems in a cost-effective manner whenever possible.

Christina acts for a number of national lenders in commercial litigation and debtor remedies.
