Practice Areas
Practice Description
Mark is a Partner in the Real Estate group. His focus is on the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential property, commercial leasing from both a landlord’s and tenant’s perspective, and representing financial institutions on secured lending transactions. Mark is also a member of the firm's renewable energy practice group and has drafted option, lease, and easement agreements for renewable energy projects across Canada.

- Mark is an active participant in Toronto area sports including hockey, baseball, basketball and golf.
