David E. Mende
David is one of Dale & Lessmann LLP's founding partners and heads the firm’s Litigation/Dispute Resolution Group. Over 30 years in practice, David has developed broad expertise litigating and resolving domestic and international business disputes, with a particular focus on secured creditor and mortgage enforcements, insolvency matters, employment disputes, shareholder disputes and director liability issues.
David supervises Dale & Lessmann LLP's commercial and residential mortgage enforcement practice, which includes acting for one of Canada's largest mortgage lenders. He acts for creditors, debtors, trustees and receivers in commercial receiverships, bankruptcies and workouts. David also has experience in renewable energy litigation, as the firm has built one of Canada’s leading renewable energy practices serving a world-wide client base.
